BaoBao's current toys, workshop, Secret collection and personal-photo surprise are free, without a trial timer, purchase or account. Collections, handmade toys and preferences are stored on your device. No ads, analytics, tracking, camera, microphone or developer-operated upload service are used.

A grown-up may choose one image using Apple's system photo picker. BaoBao receives only the chosen image, not unrestricted access to the photo library. The source can be a locally stored image or an image retrieved by Apple's Photos/iCloud services under your own settings. BaoBao creates a resized local JPEG copy and removes source location, capture-time, author and other original metadata. Normal image dimensions, color and orientation information may remain. BaoBao does not perform facial recognition, send the photo to AI services, or receive it on a server.

The app's personal-photo copy is excluded from device/cloud backup. It remains on this device and must be selected again after uninstalling or changing devices. Replacing or deleting it affects the app's copy only; the original photo and your iCloud Photos settings are unchanged. Local play works offline after import.

Sharing is optional and behind a fresh parental check. Each share preview starts with the photo excluded. A grown-up may explicitly include the photo and inspect the rendered card before opening the system share sheet. BaoBao passes only that new picture to the system; the user chooses a destination. The selected service receives and handles the image under its own practices. Recipients can save or forward it. Deleting BaoBao's local copy cannot recall shared copies. Visual content such as a face, uniform or home can still identify someone even after metadata is removed. Use only pictures you have permission to use/share, including permission from other children's families when applicable. Sharing currently exports a static image card, not an editable toy file or an account/profile.

For support, send the app version, device model and a short issue description. Do not email a child's personal information or photo. Information voluntarily sent to support is used to respond.

保護者の確認後、Appleの写真選択画面から1枚を選びます。BaoBaoが受け取るのは選択された画像だけです。元の写真がiCloudにある場合、その取得はご自身のAppleの設定に従います。BaoBaoは小さなJPEGコピーを作り、元の位置情報・撮影日時・署名などを除きます。画像の寸法・色・向きなどの基本情報は残る場合があります。顔認識やAIサービスへの送信は行いません。

App内の写真コピーはクラウドバックアップに含まれません。Appの削除や機種変更後は選び直す必要があります。変更・削除しても、写真アプリ内の元画像やiCloud写真の設定は変わりません。取り込み後はオフラインで遊べます。

共有は任意で、その都度保護者の確認が必要です。確認画面は毎回「写真を含めない」状態で始まります。写真を含める場合は明示的に選び、画像を確認してからシステムの共有画面へ進みます。選んだアプリや相手に新しい画像が渡され、そのサービスの扱いが適用されます。相手は保存・転送でき、後から取り消せません。元の位置情報を除いても、顔・制服・背景などで個人を識別できることがあります。使用・共有の許可がある写真だけを選び、他のお子様が写っている場合はご家族の許可も確認してください。共有するのは静止画カードです。

サポートにはAppのバージョン・端末名・問題の説明をお送りください。お子様の写真や個人情報は送らないでください。お問い合わせ内容は返信に使用します。

当前包子、工坊、秘密款、卡册和照片专属款全部免费，没有试用倒计时，无需购买或账号。作品、收藏和设置存于本机，无广告、分析或追踪，不调用相机或麦克风，也没有开发者运营的照片上传服务。

家长确认后，可用 Apple 系统照片选择器选一张图片。包包只获得所选图片，不读取整份相册。原图若保存在 iCloud，系统可能根据你的 Apple 设置下载它。包包将图片缩小并重新保存为本机 JPEG，移除原始定位、拍摄时间、署名等信息；尺寸、颜色、方向等基本图片信息可能保留。包包不进行人脸识别，也不向 AI 或开发者服务器发送照片。

App 内照片副本不加入设备／云备份，换设备或卸载后需要重新选择。替换或删除只影响 App 副本，不删除原相册图片，也不改变原相册的 iCloud 设置。导入后可离线玩。

分享是主动选择，每次都需家长确认。预览默认不含照片；明确选择包含照片后，会先展示实际要分享的图片卡。系统分享面板将新生成的图片交给你选择的应用或接收方式，后续受所选服务规则影响。朋友可以保存或转发；删除本地照片无法收回已分享的副本。去掉原图定位等信息，也不能让照片中的脸、校服或背景自动匿名。请只使用有权使用、分享的图片，涉及其他孩子时也应先征得其家长同意。目前分享的是静态图片卡片。

联系支持时，请提供版本、设备型号和问题描述，不要发送孩子照片或个人信息。主动发送的支持信息只用于回复请求。
